MEMBER PRIVACY INFORMATION

  U$X FEDERAL CREDIT UNION values you as a member and respects your right to privacy.  We recognize that you use our financial services because you trust us to protect your privacy just as we protect your financial assets.  We wanted to highlight our commitment to protecting members’ private information.

1. U$X FCU has not in the past, does not now and will not in the future, sell your data to anyone. 

2. U$X FCU is committed to protecting personal member information, including sensitive financial information.

3. U$X FCU only collects information necessary to complete financial transactions on your accounts.  The majority of this nonpublic personal information is obtained directly from you, primarily from applications you complete when applying for loans and services and from transactions you have with us.  Additional data may also be obtained from your employer or consumer reporting agencies.   

4. To guard your personal information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state laws and regulations.

5. All of our employees are bonded and required to protect the confidentiality of our members’ personal information.  Access to your personal financial information is restricted to only those employees who need it to do their job.

6. In order to provide a variety of financial products and services to you, we may provide your nonpublic personal information we have collected to third parties who provide a service function for U$X FCU, such as printing (items like checks or loan payment coupons) and processing (items like VISA cards, ATM cards or mailing services). 

7. U$X FCU may also provide your nonpublic personal information to third parties who perform marketing services on our behalf or with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

8. Information provided to any third party is limited in nature and only as necessary to fulfill the service U$X FCU has requested.
