Get Ready for Our System Upgrade

UPGRADES ARE COMING! PLEASE NOTE: Our System Upgrade begins Friday, September 30, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. We will be closed for business from Saturday – Monday, October 1-3, 2022.

We will resume normal operating hours with all services available on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.

USX Federal Credit Union is making final preparations for our upcoming system upgrade. The core processing system is the computer system that USX FCU uses to maintain members’ accounts, loans, and process transactions. Upgrading our core processing system will allow us to increase efficiencies by automatically imaging checks, receipts, signatures, and many more critical functions. More user-friendly and upgraded services such as online banking, mobile banking, online account opening, online loan applications, e-signature, and a mobile app withremote deposit capture are some of the other benefits. Rest assured that we are taking all of the steps necessary to ensure the safety of your personal information during the conversion process.

In 2019, USX FCU made the decision to upgrade our core systems. We carefully researched our options and after over 2 years of evaluation decided to go with Corelation as our new core processor. We feel this system will allow us to offer more advanced technology and better service for our members.

  • Your primary Account/Member Number, Checks, Credit Cards and ATM/Debit Cards. (pin numbers will remain the same)
  • Routing and Transit Number: 243084689
  • Pre-authorized payments and direct deposits.
  • Bill Pay payees and payments.
  • All scheduled ACH, transfers and bill payments will not be affected if they were scheduled prior to conversion.
  • Online banking will still be accessed through www.usxfcu.org or through the mobile app.
  • New transaction receipt format with transaction description and electronic signature. Also, the choice to receive paper or have transaction receipt emailed to you.
  • Redesigned monthly and quarterly account statement format.
  • Ability to open a new account online and through the mobile app.
  • Ability to apply online for loans and through the mobile app. 

USX FCU will also be upgrading both the home banking and mobile banking program to
a new platform that will integrate with the bill pay program our members currently use.

  • The look and feel of these new platforms will be different.
  • There will be more member friendly navigation and advanced functionality with the new platforms.
  • The system will be what is called “member centric”. This means that members will be able to view ALL accounts that they are either the primary member or joint member.
  • Re-enrollment for Online Banking begins on October 4, 2022. From our website, click Online Banking. You will be prompted to “enroll” in the new home banking system. On the first screen you will be asked for the following:
    • Account/Member Number
    • Social Security Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Click Continue
  • On the next screen, you will then be prompted to change your Username and Password. NOTE: You will not be able to use your account/member number as your username.
  • Don’t forget the new app! On October 4, 2022, existing members will need to delete the old app and download the new version from the App Store or Google Play Store. If you have already enrolled in our new home banking via your laptop, you do not need to re-enroll on the mobile app. However, you can enroll in our new home banking via the mobile app.

The new system will allow USX FCU to provide faster, more efficient service for you.

  • Enhanced receipts and account statements.
  • New Online Banking and Mobile Banking including Bill Pay with single sign on and a closer integration to the core system with more member- friendly navigation
PLEASE NOTE that the credit union branches will be CLOSED beginning at 4:30 p.m. Friday September 30 through Monday October 3, 2022 as we finalize the conversion process. Some electronic services may be available with limited access. The conversion will affect the availability of certain services during the weekend of October 1st. See the below conversion schedule table for more information.

Be Prepared for the System Upgrade with Your Conversion Checklist!

Taking action prior to September 30, 2022, will minimize any inconvenience or interruption to your USX FCU services.
Note the conversion dates on your calendar

The conversion will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 30th and will continue through Monday, October 3rd. All USX FCU offices will be closed during this time and many services will be unavailable. See the conversion schedule in this packet for complete details. The branches will reopen Tuesday, October 4th and all services will be available at that time.

Get your account/member numbers from USX FCU

Prior to conversion weekend, you can call us at 1-888-219-3159 and a Member Service Representative can help you with this information.

Write down your account/member numbers for easy reference

Your account/member numbers will remain the same after the conversion, but we recommend that prior to Friday, September 30th you record your account number(s) and keep them for reference after the conversion.

Schedule online bill payments in advance of the conversion

Your payments will be made as scheduled, even if the date falls during the conversion as long as they were set up prior to September 30th.

Sign up for e-statements

Go paperless for more security, more convenience, more environmentally friendly. Members who receive paper statements will continue to receive their statements on a monthly or quarterly basis without interruption.

Take care of special transactions before the conversion dates

All USX FCU offices will be closed during the conversion. Please visit our offices for any special in-branch transactions such as wires or credit union drafts as these services will not be available during the conversion.

We understand that this change will come with some temporary inconveniences and delays. In the days leading up to – and following – the transition, we ask for your patience as we expect to receive higher-than-normal telephone calls and inquiries.
