To our valued members:
USX Federal Credit Union has served you and our sponsors for nearly 85 years and during that time, we have all witnessed advancements that have allowed for more and faster financial services. Our service offerings provide our members with nearly all products and services that are currently available at the largest of global financial institutions.
Over 2 years ago, we set out to find the most robust, technologically advanced data processing platform available. It was not enough for us to find the best for today but one that is ready and capable for the future. We believe our search paid off!
As you know, our new data processing platform went live on October 4, 2022. We believe that our roll out has gone very well with minimal disruptions to our overall operation and your banking needs.
As we move forward and become more comfortable with the streamlined processes and integration, we know that your banking experience will be even better. This is the most multifaceted project USX FCU has ever undertaken. Our dedicated staff has devoted countless hours to testing (and
retesting) accounts to make sure that your account information is correct and training our entire staff. However, we anticipate that there will be minor glitches. If you have a question or you believe there to be an issue with your account, please contact us immediately. If an issue is discovered, our staff will research and make any corrections to your account. All we can ask is that you are patient as we determine what may have caused the issue and make corrections.

Tech Tips - Simple, yet Effective “Vishing” Scams
- Don’t trust the caller ID. Phone numbers can be spoofed to look like a familiar or safe caller.
- Never provide personal information over the phone, unless you are the one who initiated the call.
- If you receive a suspicious phone call, hang up, and use the company’s official phone number to call them directly.

*APR=Annual Percentage Rate. Approval, actual interest rate and dollar amount granted will be based on credit worthiness. Other rates and terms are available. Some restrictions may apply. To receive the promotional interest rate, you must have an active USX FCU checking account with net check direct deposit. Members that open a new checking account and sign up for net check direct deposit may qualify for an additional $100 new account bonus. Loan proceeds will be disbursed ONLY after direct deposit has been started and received. Existing checking accountholders with net check direct deposit will qualify for promotional interest rate; however, will not receive the new account bonus. Repayment will start January 2023 and must be completed by October 31, 2023. No payment will be required until January 2023; however, interest will accumulate from date of loan disbursement. Payments must be made by direct deposit or payroll deduction only and payments will coincide with member’s payroll periods. Offer is good to members in good standing.
